Delivery timeline = ceil(dev_weeks x 1.3) + 1 testing week. A 3-week build ships in about 5 weeks total. A 6-week build ships in about 9 weeks.

On Build and Sell, the partner owns their brand, name, and supplied expertise content; Ubalitics owns the agent and the platform code.

Private builds get the production deployment they paid for. Source code transfer is a separate conversation (one-time fee, scoped per deal). Build and Sell: no, the platform code is the shared asset that funds the revenue share.
