How it works
A predictable pipeline from intake to deployed platform. Four manual approval gates by AgentForge, synchronous scoping, deterministic pricing. Nothing proceeds past a gate without an explicit tick.
The flow
- 1
You describe the build
Fill the intake form on /intake. Email mandatory, WhatsApp optional. One free-text field for what you want. No signup needed to see the quote.
- 2
You see the indicative verdict in seconds
The pipeline scopes your request on the spot: feature list, dev weeks, timeline, and price. If it is not a fit for an instant quote, you get a polite card asking you to email for a custom scope.
- 3
You pick a commercial mode
Private build (you fund 100%, own the deployment) or Build and Sell partnership (co-fund the build, earn a share, list on the marketplace).
- 4
You optionally add the self-healing component
A short tailored interview up front gives the agent explicit guardrails, escalation rules, and tolerance for ambiguous inputs. Same price either way.
- 5
You verify your email
We create your account and send a verification link. Open it, set a password, and your deal enters our G1 queue.
- 6
We approve G1 within 48 hours
The final offer email lands in your inbox with the Freemius checkout link. Valid for 48 hours. Pay to accept.
- 7
We build, test, and deploy
The pipeline provisions a subdomain, writes the spec, builds the feature set, runs the test suite, and deploys to a staging URL for G3 acceptance.
- 8
You accept, we hand off
You tick every REQ on the staging page. We flip to production. Monitoring and care kick in from day one.
The four gates
We review every deal at four fixed checkpoints. Each is a manual tick, visible to you in your account inbox and on your deal page.
G1: Verdict approval
We review your scoped quote and either approve or counter it. 48-hour SLA from the moment your email is verified.
G2: Requirements match
Before build starts, we confirm the requirement register matches what you asked for and what the quote covered.
G3: Acceptance testing
On the staging URL, we tick each requirement row with Pass/Fail. You see the same checklist and approve to deploy.
G4: Marketplace listing
Build and Sell only. We review the draft listing before it goes live on the public catalog.
The self-healing component
Opting in during intake runs a short tailored interview (5 to 7 questions) that captures: your guardrails for ambiguous inputs, the decisions you want the agent to make vs escalate, your tolerance for retries, your escalation path when it hits a wall, and the data boundaries it must respect.
Opting out ships your build with sensible default guardrails and generic escalation to a human. Same price either way.
Example timeline
Formula: delivery timeline = ceil(dev_weeks x 1.3) + 1 testing week. The testing week is on us.
| Scope | Dev weeks | Testing | Delivery |
|---|---|---|---|
| Single-feature pilot | 1 | 1 week | 2 weeks |
| Small platform (3 features) | 3 | 1 week | 5 weeks |
| Mid platform (6 features) | 6 | 1 week | 9 weeks |
