Terms of Service

AgentForge is operated by Ubalitics (ubalitics.com). Freemius acts as the merchant of record for all payments. Access to AgentForge is available at agentforge.ubalitics.com.

AgentForge is a build-to-order AI agent development service. You submit a requirement through the intake form, we scope and quote the build, and (if you approve) we deliver a working platform on your subdomain.

Pricing is $3,000 per development week. Final pricing is set by the quote you receive after Ferry's G1 approval and is valid for 48 hours.

Ubalitics is the creator and owner of every built solution. Private build customers receive an exclusive deployment on their subdomain. Build and Sell partners own their brand, name, and supplied expertise content; Ubalitics owns the agent and the platform code.

Every deal passes through four manual approval gates (G1 verdict, G2 requirements match, G3 acceptance testing, G4 marketplace listing for Build and Sell). No build proceeds past a gate without an explicit approval row.

Before G2: full refund. After G2 and before G3: refund minus completed task units. After G3 acceptance: no refund, but we fix every requirement row that fails buyer acceptance.

AgentForge is provided on a reasonable-effort basis. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Freemius, Supabase, Anthropic, Telegram, Exabytes SMTP), and force majeure may interrupt service.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email to the address on file at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
