Privacy Policy

At intake we collect:

• Email address (mandatory, used for the verification link and the quote email)
• WhatsApp number (optional, for follow-up only)
• Company name (optional)
• Your requirement description

During the build we collect:

• Payment metadata from Freemius (not full card details)
• Deal state and audit log entries
• Build outputs (requirements register, test runs, deployed URLs)

To scope your request, send you the quote, run the build pipeline, deliver the platform, and provide ongoing care under your plan. We do not sell your data.

• Supabase (database and auth)
• Freemius (payment processor, merchant of record)
• Anthropic (LLM calls for scoping, spec writing, and reply classification)
• Exabytes SMTP (outbound email)
• Telegram (Ferry's gate approvals and escalations)
• Vercel or the equivalent hosting provider for your production deployment

Each sub-processor has its own privacy policy, available on request.

Deal records are retained for 7 years for tax and audit purposes. Email verification tokens expire after 48 hours. Marketing-list opt-outs are honored indefinitely.

Access, correction, deletion of your personal data, and portability on request. Email privacy@ubalitics.com and we will respond within 30 days.

We use essential cookies only (authentication session, CSRF). The marketplace attribution cookie (?ref=mk_...) is a 7-day first-party cookie set when you click a marketplace listing link.

Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
